The place is cosy and fairly clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 4 star rating. Location is unbeatable, relatively close to parque santa ana.

Great value, and the location was fantastic for exploring Merida. Everything was good from the fantastic service to the healthy food. Perfect view, a spacious balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. Very hospitable staff, they were eager to help. Beautiful facilities and the pool was well-maintained.

We loved the contemporary furniture and PERFECT location. Regular double and uniquely decorated room, we felt like at home. It was nice to have snacks in the lobby.

convenient location; plentiful breakfast and big bed. extraordinarily friendly personnel were happy to help with any request. it was a just perfect stay, you could leave a car nearby. there was free wifi that worked well throughout the property.

Rooms and staff were fantastic, and hotel in general was great. Located in a busy area. Btw, went to city center, located at walking distance from the property. The hotel restaurant was excellent.
